Accra, Ghana – Founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has been charged for sharing intimate images of a Prophet without his consent. Agradaa appeared in the Circuit Court 10 presided over by Judge Evelyn Asamoah and was charged under Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act (Act 1038).
Along with Nana Agradaa, four other individuals, Enock Owusu Kissi, Charles Omane (also known as One Gig), Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi, and one Andy, were also charged for abetment of the crime. While Kissi and Omane pleaded not guilty, Gyasi was absent, and Andy is still at large.
According to the complainant, Emmanuel Appiah Fomum, Agradaa showed his naked pictures on her TV station, Thunder TV, during a live program in 2020.
The program was also streamed live on YouTube and Facebook, where a witness saw it and informed Fomum about it. Fomum stated that Agradaa made fun of him and was encouraged by the other accused panelists on the show.
All the accused have been granted bail in the amount of GHc100,000.00 and are expected to reappear in court on March 8, 2023.
